Are you ready to take your leadership skills to the next level? Applications are now open for the 2023-2024 Leadership Learning Lab (LLL). This program promises a year of learning, connection and community! The LLL combines adaptive and collaborative leadership, time management, and a suite of nonprofit and cross-sector capacity-building skills. It invests directly in leaders like you as a way to strengthen your organizations and the communities you serve. We have been proud to support the LLL since 2018 and have loved the transformations we have seen because of this program.
Applications are due June 17th.
This year’s LLL will combine in-person learning sessions with peers from Site 3, which includes participants from the service areas of the Community Foundation for Northeast Michigan (CFNEM); Roscommon County Community Foundation; and Otsego Community Foundation.
Please note that CFNEM's service area includes Alcona, Alpena, Montmorency and Presque Isle Counties, as well as counties served by our Affiliate Foundations: Crawford, Cheboygan, Iosco, Ogemaw, and Oscoda Counties. Applicants in our affiliate service counties should check CFNEM's home county of Alpena when applying.
Participants will benefit from virtual opportunities to learn and connect with leaders from across northern lower Michigan. The LLL community of alumni, facilitators and Community Foundation partners will all be there to support you along your journey.
