Community treasures Norman and Marian Charters have been named Iosco County 2026 Citizens of the Year; Oscoda's Addison Russo named 2026 Junior Citizen of the Year.

The Iosco County Community Foundation’s Youth Advisory Council (YAC) recently awarded nine new grants totaling $11,685 to area nonprofits for programs and projects that benefit area youth.

ICCF is accepting nominations for the 2026 Citizen of the Year and Junior Citizen of the Year until March 1, 2026.
