This permanent endowment fund was established to help support the CASA program in Ogemaw County. The CASA Program represents concerned and caring court appointed advocates for families in need in Ogemaw County.
This endowment fund is used to make grants to non-profits for the benefit of the residents of Ogemaw County, at the discretion of the NCMCF Board.
