This annuity fund will pay income back to the donors as long as they live. After their deaths, any money remaining will be added to the Carl and Christine Huebner Scholarship Fund.

This endowment fund was established for the purpose of retiring the debt of the building fund of the Emanuel Lutheran Church of Tawas City. After the debt is retired, funds may be used for the general funds of the church. Disbursements may be made at the discretion of the Emanual Lutheran Church of Tawas City Board.
